It is primarily oceanfront/beach area and you can ride or walk the 1/2 mile causeway to get to the trails. The trails are all flat and easy. I like that the park has a beachfront area that you can experience the ocean in a comfortable area and I also like that there is a separate area for trails and hiking that you can be in quiet and nature.
